rcnetwork_* in noiseSummary

The noiseSummary from SpectreX .noise simulation shows many contributors as /rcnetwkrin_*.  These instances probably are converted from the R and C parasitics in the spf file.

To optimize the noise from rcnetwork_*, need to know which devices in the spf file they are converted from.

- Is there any way to find the mapping of /rcnetwork_*?

- Or is there any way to make noiseSummary report the original R, C elements in the spf file?

Below is part of the noiseSummary showing contribution from /rcnetwork_* and the option use in .noise simulation.

Thank you for any reply.

NoiseSummary:

Device   % Of Total   Inp Ref Noise    Param    Noise Contribution

/rcnetwork_  91   4.71   2.41197e-08   total   7.66259e-06
                                                           rn   7.66259e-06
/rcnetwork_  90   4.58   2.35393e-08   total  7.45786e-06
                                                           rn   7.45786e-06
/rcnetwork_  8   4.04    4.35474e-07   total   6.5794e-06
                                                           rn   6.5794e-06
/rcnetwork_1006   2.12   1.08516e-08   total   3.45633e-06
                                                          rn   3.45633e-06

Command in spectre input file for noise simulation:

noise ( vop von ) noise start=100k stop=60G dec=157 \
iprobe=Itb_stim.Vac_stim annotate=status

    Bill,

See What are the *_RCNet_* devices in the output noise summary/results after the post layout simulation?

    Thank you Andrew,

I found the parasitic devices corresponding to the rcnetwork_*.  Then document is very helpful.  Appreciate your help!!
