AMS Designer Interface Element automation

Hello,

I am currently working on a mixed signal circuit in virtuoso IC23.1-64b.ISR4.51  with AMS Designer, and I want to automate most of the configuration.

After some reading in documentation, I succeed to put everything in a "xrun.args" file that I include with the "-f xrun.args" Argument in the Additionnal Arguments window of AMS Options.

My xrun.args file contains list of paths of verilog files and a path of a converters.scs file that i created which look like this:

amsd{

ie vsup=3.6 net="name_Of_net"
}

By running the simulation everything is working.

However, I'm looking for a way to replace 3.6 by the name of a Design Variable which I defined in maestro view.

I tried to put the variable name but I'm getting this error during simulation: Undefined variable 'name of variable' used by ie parameter.

Is there something I am missing, or I misunderstood?

Thanks
