spectre simulation issue

There is a problem during the post layout simulation process. 

I am extracting and simulating post nets in DSPF file format. I probed the output node with a script to probe the desired node in post net. 
Also, I can confirm that the probe was run normally in the output log. However, the probed output waveform does not appear in the result browser. 

What is causing this problem?
