Deepprobe to connect to a bus (extracted view)

Hi,

I would like to know if deepprobe supports bus notation in extracted view. As an example:

Top level cell: I0

Cell inside I0: I1

Bus to be probed in I1: net<0:3>

As long as the number of bits is consistent between the instance and the hierarchical node it works (picture below):

When extracting, the net name changes and the probeNode should be adjusted accordingly, however I am not able to find a proper way to do it.

I would like to consider two cases:

- only I1 is extracted and I0 is schematic

- The whole I0 is extracted

I am working with DSPF files and was able to probe single nets within extracted blocks as described in: https://support.cadence.com/apex/ArticleAttachmentPortal?id=a1O3w000009F8LPEA0&pageName=ArticleContent

but was not able to repeat it for buses.

Virtuoso sub version: IC23.1-64b.ISR12.37

Thank you,

Maciej
