"Incorrect Instance Error" while running LVS

Hi all,

I am designing a LC VCO in 130 nm. I have used a L_SY20K_RFVIL inductor from the umc13mmrf library. However, I get a LVS error saying "Incorrect Instance" with reference to the inductor.

What do I need to to do to clear this ?
