noise figure

 Hi,

how to find noise figure for VGA?

pls provide tutorial if any..

  • Have you done S-parameter analysis(In cadence Spectre simulator) ? In S-parameter analysis there is option for noise figure analysis .Because I have done noise figure analysis for LNA by S -parameter anlysis . I have not done for VGA ,But I think its is similar to LNA .
