VCO transient analysis : Convergence Issues.

Hi,

I am facing convergence issues while doing transient analysis on a LC MOS cross-coupled oscillator.

Figure of the NMOS-only cross-coupled oscillator is attached along.

Spectre Version :  10.1.0.204

As suggested by Andrew on this forum,  I am doing moderate analysis with integration method : traponly

For inductors of value 1.59nH and Capacitors of value 15.9nF, oscillator is working fine(oscillating at 1MHz). When I change these values to 1.767nH and 17.67pF, it is throwing convergence errors as mentioned in the attached file. I will be glad if someone can help me to find the solution.

Regards
