GaN HEMT Models for Spectre

Are there any GaN HEMT models available for RFIC design using Cadence ADE? What is the best option to create a new HEMT model to be used for RFIC design using Cadence ADE?

  • This is something that the provider of the technology you're using would provide. I can't answer who is out there that can provide such models though... or even who provides Gallium Nitride technologies (not really my area, but maybe somebody else on the forum can).
