How to disable the thermal noise but not flicker noise in SpectreRF

Is there any way to disable the thermal noise but not flicker noise in SpectreRF ?

    Dear Andrew,

    Thanks for your suggestions.

    I checked the "Virtuoso Simulator Components and Device Model Parameters" file (2014 October).

    I just got confused.

    For BSIM3v3 model the noise model parameters are from 206 to 228 which is different from what you have mentioned.

    Could you please confirm why I am seeing something different numbers (is it I am seeing wrong documents)
