Orcad X Presto 23.1 : Save default settings of the interface

When I start OrCAD X Presto, I always need to turn ON the grid display. Also, when I start a new PCB or footprint, I need to change the units from mils to mm.

I did not find in the different menus the way to save the default configuration of my interface.

Is there a config file to edit or an option on the interface to do that ?

As tested in Orcad X Presto, the grid settings, color settings are getting reset to default ones, eventhough the board file has been saved with the user settings. RnD has been notified about the same and  a CCR has been in Place for the issue.
