LiveDoc Document randomly disappear when switch license

Hello, I am currently using OrCAD X Presto 24.1. For LiveDoc, I created a custom template for the fabrication and assembly files, which requires a Professional License to apply. Although I successfully generated a LiveDoc document using the Professional License, I noticed that when I switch to a Standard License, the LiveDoc document is sometimes deleted unexpectedly. This has happened multiple times, and I’m wondering if this is a known issue and is there a fix for it.

    I tested this same behavior at my end in SPB24.1 OrCAD X PCB Presto Professional first by creating a template, saving it a name.

    The I reopened Presto using OrCAD X PCB Presto Standard license and the same board file in which created a template earlier. Now when I open this board, I see all the template settings saved there and I could open it without a need to create a new Template.

    Can you please confirm which hotfix of the tool you see this issue in just to confirm.

    Hi, thank you for the reply. Currently im using version 24.1 S007 (4362613) [10/21/2025]. Please let me know if this is what you are looking for. 

    As I mentioned earlier, the LiveDoc usually remains intact when I switch between licenses. However, I have definitely observed instances where it randomly disappeared before.
