Changing multiple pin text names

Hi all, first time to post here.  Is there a way in where I can easily change pin text names in one shot (bring up a list, change it from before to after) and then have Cadence add those pin text names instead of changing them one at a time?  I created a 135 pin BGA footprint but my array names (A1, A2, etc.) were supposed to be in a vertical column (top to bottom), not horizontal (left to right).  It would take me forever to change them one at a time.

In the schematic editor, this is easily done as you can edit pin names and pin numbers.  I was wondering if you can do the same in the footprint environment.  Thanks in advanced!!

Yes - Try the Layout - Renumber Pins option. If this doesn't give you what you need try File - Export CSV Pin File, this dumps out a csv file that can be edited in Excel  you can then use File - Import CSV Pin file and make the changes.
