Add footprint

I have a footprint for a component defined in `/path/to/footprint.dra`. How can I include it as an element of my `package.mcm`? I am trying to do [this]( BoardSurfers: Training Insights: Manually Placing Components in Allegro PCB Editor) but I see no way of browsing for `/path/to/footprint.dra`.
