Capture BOM wrong

Have you run "update part status" for the design from CIS Part Manager?     Have you created any variants that would override this part?

I use CIP to manage the database.  So, the PART_NUMBER property is used as a SQL query, then gives you a dialog of properties that will be updated if you accept them.

If the info is still wrong, the PART_NUMBER property points to the wrong part.  Select the schematic part and link it to the correct part to update the part properties.

I also used CIP for database management. I checked there is no other variant with the same Part Number.

CIP also shows correct info but the problem is BOM.

I haven’t yet checked updating the part status but I don’t understand why it has anything to do with the correct info which I specified with another random info.

Part Manager - Update Part Status verifies the part properties against the CIS/CIP database.  Ctrl-U verifies and allows you to update all parts in the design individually.
