Removing Additional Property Columns

Gelo M
Gelo M over 4 years ago

Currently using OrCAD Capture v17.2.

When I open component properties, I see an additional column colored in yellow:

Same with title blocks:

How do I remove or hide these additional columns in yellow?

Thanks.

so this displays the instance (white column) and occurrence (yellow column) for the parts. You can click on the - symbol at the top of the white column to hide the yellow column. Occurrences are usually used if you have a complex hierarchy. There's an article here which may be of interest Understanding Instance and Occurrence Modes of Design Annotation (cadence.com)

    Hi Steve,

    Much thanks for the info!

I'm dealing with a flat schematic (no repeating blocks) and preferred to not see the property columns for occurrences so I invoked this:
