Hi Tried with less than 9 characters in the .dsn file name. It works partly and not 100 percent.

The report outputs like 'Standard-Separate line per part' option even though i have selected 'Standard' option in the BOM Window.

 So, i am not getting output report where the same Part number components are gathered in a single row.

Also, i think the 'Default' variant option where Do not mount components are not output in the excel file does not work at all.

One more thing: Even though i installed Hotfix S025 on my PC and Download Manager is confirming 17.40.025 Hotfix. But Capture is still showing S024.

In the Output option, select the Part Number and then check Keyed. The exported table will automatically place components with the same Part Number on the same row. 

We got somewhat more closer to the goal. I had checked 'keyed' for all the options in the output format. Probably did this change last time to make it work.

But still the remaining problem is 'default' option in 'Variants' does not output any data. Don't remember longer if 'Variant"Not Stuffed" Qty 0 Displayed' needs to be checked. I have it as unchecked now.

And why capture is still showing S024 Hotfix installed and not S025.  

S024 is still displayed after installing s025hotfix. I also have this problem. This should be the problem of hotfix itself. At least the version displayed on the windows registry and program uninstallation is correct, so I don't care
