Advanced Annotations not showing full hierarchy block

Hi,

I have several sub boards that I am working on for PCB. However as an example, I created a fresh schematic with 2 main top level which each having a children in it.

Upon activating the Advanced Annotations, I only see the root top level in the tab. May I know why I am not seeing all top level in my DSN file?

Thank you.

Understand that. But I need multiple folders as I need to create netlist for the individual sub-boards. If I dump all of the schematic into ROOT, I cannot create netlist for each of the sub boards that I need.
