Text Now Rotates with Part

Normally, when rotating a schematic part, text properties (Refdes, value, etc.) would remain in a fixed orientation. All of a sudden now when I rotate a part, the text properties rotate with it.

What happened?

Check if the "Context based instance properties" is switched ON in the Options > Extended Preferences > Design and Libraries.
You can keep this option ON once and check if the rotation is as per your need. If not, then try keeping this OFF and check if how text rotates.

Turning that off did the trick! I must have toggled it by accident.

So many options in OrCAD with meaningless names that do unexpected things...
