Error exporting PDF OrCad Capture 17.4

Hi,

Trying to exporting PDF of my schematic generated file is damaged, I can't open it.

Sometimes (randomly) I can open it, but bookmarks and properties are not present.

Here my PDF Export settings:

Make sure that you are updated with some of the recent hotfixes of SPB version.

Also, if this is design specific issue, please contact Cadence customer support with your archived design.

Not sure if my hotfix are last ones....

What's strange is that my colleagues have not same issue...

I have PDF Export issue with all designs

Try to rename capture.ini at your end. See whether it helps or not.

You can find its location in starting of session log window when you start any Capture session.

you can check your hotfix by clicking on Help-> About Allegro Design Entry CIS...

I tried to rename Capture.ini but I don't see big improvements.

Now exporting PDF I get this window:

Then PDF is generated, but properties and bookmarks are not present.

But as I saw it happens randomly, also without Capture.ini renaming.

The ghost script version you have is 9.10. Uninstall it and use the latest gs 9.53
