broken character on the value

Hi,

My CM sents Orcad schematic.

but, it does not show properly as below.

But, it's not broken on his screen.

could you advise me what should i check?

I suspect there are Unicode/foreign characters in their CIS database.

Haven't run across an option Orcad to do this on its own.
