OrCAD 23.1-S001, Design Rules Check dialog box is displayed incorrectly and the options are not functional

Are you using Japanese OS machine? at which Capture is installed.

My Capture software installation location is using the default C:\Cadence\SPB_23.1.

By the way, the Zoom out, Zoom in, and Zoom fit buttons on the preview interface of "show Footprint" by right clicking on the component in the capture environment are not working. Is there a way to solve this problem?

This issue is already reported to us.

It seems like more than two months have passed, and this issue has not been resolved in S003.

I found that this issue is related to the Chinese OS language. Deselecting Use Local Language in the Extended Preferences Setup can avoid this problem, but it is also a temporary solution.

The best way is for cadence to correct this issue.

Hotfix 005 has been released recently, but in the Chinese language operating system, the error in the Design Rules Check dialog box has not been resolved.
