In Win11 24H2 OS, Allegro X Capture23.1 HF006 has issues with zooming in and out

everybody,

Recently, I found that there is an issue with the zoom display of Allegro X Capture23.1 (HF005,HF006) in the Win11 24H2 operating system.

When I use the I key to zoom in, it does not zoom in at the current mouse cursor position. In addition, the mouse cursor may appear outside the drawing area.

This issue also occurs when I use the right mouse button to select or press Ctrl+mouse scroll to zoom in.

My operating system version is: Windows 11 x64 24H2 26100.1301

Have you encountered this kind of problem?

@jinzhifeng I am getting it checked here at my end. I will try to test it one different machines. With windows 10, I have checked there is no issue with zoom in and out with ISR#6.

ISR#5 and windows 11 combination has also been checked and there also, I haven't observed any issue. I will get it checked with ISR#6 now on windows 11.

Do you have any machine with Windows 11 - 23H2 22631.3447 at which ISR#6 is installed?

Looking for machine at which 24H2 is installed. Else, will have to get it installed by IT and then will check.

I have found that from OrCAD17.4-2019-P001 to OrCAD23.1-S006, regardless of whether any hotfixes are installed, as long as they are in 24H2 OS, there will be this issue.

Considering that 24H2 is expected to be released in the future, similar issues will be reported gradually. I think it is possible to generate a CCR and priority for this issue.

Also, I found that this issue may be related to Grid Reference.
