orcad export netlist not responding

Hi when I export the netlist in capture 17.2 and Allegro Design Entry CIS  17.4.

the progress has been running here at netlisting the design and there was no error in the log session. This has been going on for half an hour now.

I have tried to reboot my computer and reinstall the software.

how can I fix this issue? thank you.

    Which hotfix of 17.4 you are using?

    Can you try with the sample schematic designs present at ->C:\Cadence\SPB_23.1\tools\capture\samples\Schematic

    Is the design present on server?
