Workspace not uploading & workspace configuration get error "unable to get local issuer certificate"

I have OrCAD X 24.1-2024-P001,

when open the Component Explorer and choose workspace folder, it is stuck showing "Loading Parts"
Also, when try to create a new workspace by select View > Workspace > Configuration a popup error is shown get error "unable to get local issuer certificate"

    Could you please share a screenshot of the error message you're encountering with Workspace? Specifically, which license you using POX100 or POX200 license?
