Workspace not uploading & workspace configuration get error "unable to get local issuer certificate"

I have OrCAD X 24.1-2024-P001,

when open the Component Explorer and choose workspace folder, it is stuck showing "Loading Parts"
Also, when try to create a new workspace by select View > Workspace > Configuration a popup error is shown get error "unable to get local issuer certificate"

Hi,

just experienced the same issue.

any solution, I cant access/use parts in my workspace

Which version of the tool you are using?, Could you upgrade to 24.1 ISR 2 and let me know if you are still facing issue.
