To synchronize all H-blocks as per the latest changes made in the lower-level schematic, you can use the Synchronize Across command. Select H-block, right-click, and choose Synchronize Across option. This operation will reflect those changes and add the H-pins to all hierarchical blocks present in the schematic.

Are you able to perform Synchronize Up for one H-Block, which version of the tool you are using?

Yes, Synchronize Up works well. I'm on 24.1-2024-S002 and I had the same behavior on S001

Which changes you are making in lower-level schematic , is it design specific issue or is reproducible with all designs ?

I just try on an other design, from someone else, same behavior.
    - I create a new schematics and new page
    - In this new page some H-ports and wires, H-Port defined as Power, Inputs, Outputs, H-ports can be bus
    - Creating H-Block in the TOP
    - Connect wires and buses
    - Copy the H-Block and paste in the TOP
    - Remove a H-Port in the created schematic
    - Come back to TOP, try to Synchronize Across, nothing Happen

If I synchronize Up, the selected block update itself. Try again to synchronize across do nothing.
