Weird zoom in behavior in Capture CIS

Hi,

I am seeing very weird behavior in Capture CIS. When I double click on any part/symbol the property editor open and when I close this property editor (no matter if I change anything or not) some other area of the schematic is displayed. Also when keep control key pressed and scroll the mouse wheel it wont zoom in to the center of cursor.

Which version of the Windows you are using and on which version of Capture you are seeing this behaviour?

The one which is creating this problem, Win 11 Pro 24H2. I can handle the zoom in through mouse wheel but the other problem is really triggering me every time I open property editor.

Can you try de-selecting Grid References from View > Grid References in OrCAD Capture?

Also, are you referring Part Editor instead of Property Editor?

Thanks but I already did that. It will solve the zoom in issue as I mentioned earlier but not the other. I meant Property Editor, when double click on any part/net a new window will open.

If we double click on any component or any net from schematic page in OrCAD Capture it opens property editor, what issue you are facing in it, which new window is getting opened at your end?

The property editor. For example if I double click on U1, property editor will open and if I simple close this property editor Capture should show me U1 but it goes some other area of the page. I hope I am clear now.
