OrCAD Capture X 25.1 Professional Stuck on "Initializing MPS"

After updating to 25.1 during app startup it always stuck on "Initializing MPS" for 2-3 minutes and more on a AMD 9600x system. This is not normal right?

Also in Allegro search view always open no matter how many time i close it, after a restart it reappear again.
