ORCAD X Capture: Room property vs occurrence

I need to group components in a complex hyerachical design.

How Can I assign a room at occurrence level?

    You can enter values for the 'ROOM' property which is available by selecting
    'Allegro PCB Designer' filter in the Capture Property Editor. On netlisting the design to the board, Room property
    shows up while placing the part.
