How to clear Error (OrCAD-1628)

HI Team,

I am using a 6-pin DC-DC converter in my OrCAD CIS design. Pins 4 and 6 are designated as 'Power' type pins for the voltage output (Vout). However, I am encountering an error whenever I connect a VCC or +15V rail to these pins

Error (Orcad-1628) Possible pin type conflict for Vout. How to resolve this issue.

    Hi kabalee ,

This error (ORCAP-1628: Possible pin type conflict) is reported by ERC when incompatible pin types are connected, based on the rules defined in the ERC Matrix (PCB > Design Rules Check.. > ERC Matrix). This behavior is controlled by how different pin types are allowed to connect in that matrix. I would suggest reviewing the ERC Matrix settings in your design and adjusting them as per your requirement.

You can refer below article for more details:

    Hope this helps!
