Unable to get online lib parts

I've seen this too, for the past week to 10 days.

Doing some packet traces, it looks like Capture is trying to access "pcb.cadence.com", which translates to

d3kw5v45y2yh8f.cloudfront.net which does not yield any address.

So, a Cadence network/DNS type issue.
