information regarding Skill coding

hi all,

 I am new  to skill coding. I have no idea about this. Can anybody tell what is skill coding. what is the purpose of using this. and how to implement in design?

    Look in $CDS_ROOT\doc for folders with "sk" in them.  Examples are:
     
    algroskill          Allegro Skill Extensions
    conceptsk           Concept Skill Extensions
    sklangref           Skill Language Reference
    sklanguser          Skill Language User Guide
    sklanguserKPNS      Skill Known Problems and solutions
    There are usually both PDF and Web versions of the documentation in each directory.  I would start with the user guide.
