Problems with running scripts inside skill in 16.2

Hi,
I'm trying to create a skill program for doing a lot of stuff.
I've attached my script file for generating drill files.
If I run axlShell("replay ns_drill.scr" ) from my skill window it runs fine.
If I run "skill axlShell("replay ns_drill.scr" )" from my command window inside PCB Editor it works fine.
If I however use the line axlShell("replay ns_drill.scr" ) inside a skill program it fails with "E- Can't find window; form.nc_drill"
So what is the problem here?
I'm also still curious to get the dbid of an open form? is it possible to retrieve information and do settings in an existing Cadence form somehow through Skill?
Best regards,
Ole

    Hi Ole,

I think I would need to see your calling code. Are you calling the Skill in interactive or general mode? It makes a difference when calling scripts.

I find it best to avoid running scripts from Skill. I know that's not always possible.

I doubt that you can get the dbid of a Cadence form, it will be a local variable.

    Cheers, Dave
