hi,

I want to change a text block size (#16). i run a script recording and get this from the *.scr

 setwindow pcb
trapsize 302
define text
setwindow form.textblock
FORM textblock 16 width 0.1000
FORM textblock 16 height 0.1000
FORM textblock 16 line_spacing 0.0200
FORM textblock 16 photoplot_width 0.0100
FORM textblock done
setwindow pcb

just wonder what the FORM means in a script file...it is not a valid command in Allegro

is it possible to enclose the FORM statements in skill code?

Hm, bad news there! I'm using Orcad PCB 16.2. For some reason the the text blocks of my parts (all currently using block 2 for assembly ref des and block 3 for silkscreen ref des) are assigned seemingly random numbers. Same parts does get same "new numbers" on the same board. But if I start a new board they get a new set... Always block numbers over 5 - so I thought 1-4 might be reserved. If Dave is using 1,2,3, and 17 it can't be the problem. So now I'm just puzzled!!!

It seems to crucial/obvious to be a program error (?) but I seriously struggle to find out what I'm doing wrong! I anyone has a hit it'll be greatly appreciated ;-D

     Cheers,  Anders
