how to share license with VPN?

I installed cadence spb16.2 in compony(server licensed) and installed cadence in home(no license), also i have a vpn to set a connection to the compony's network. now, i want to know can i share the server license in home with VPN connection? And how to do? Thank you!

Yes, this will work. You don't have to do anything special. Your home PC will "see" the license server.
However, you should check your license agreement. Using a VPN connection, off campus, may not be permitted.
