how to share license with VPN?

I installed cadence spb16.2 in compony(server licensed) and installed cadence in home(no license), also i have a vpn to set a connection to the compony's network. now, i want to know can i share the server license in home with VPN connection? And how to do? Thank you!

    Thanks eDave, and i have done. And next is my steps:

    1.Get the server host ID in your compony's license server.

    2.install the cadence in your personal PC normally.

    3.add the configuration5280@host id with the tool named license client configuration utility.

    4.setup the connection with VPN.

    so, your personal PC will find the license.
