Function Swap(Gate Swap)

Hi,

I would like to Know the Procedure How to do Function Swap (Gate Swap)?in Allegro PCB Editor?

What are settings need to be done at the Schematic level?

    I had a design with a hundred or more discrete resistors around a BGA, suggested replacing them with resistor arrays.

    1) Resistor functions are equivalent, as are pins of each.  How would you identify pins as swappable?

    2) Customer support has advised me a couple times that swapping in Allegro will cause major problems in backannotation to Capture CIS.  Pretty much took the fun out of it.
