A weird result about the function "IF"

I run the following line in skill command line :

Skill > if((7.15>7.1+0.05) println("#") println("$"))

and then it shows

"#"
nil

It seems the condition of "IF' was passed, which is not what i expected.

And even i change the syntax to if(greaterp(7.15 7.1+0.05) println("#") println("$"))

it still shows

"#"
nil

Can anyone explain about this result, thanks!

Try something like

if ( ( 7.15 > 7.1+0.05 )

then

println(“#”)

else

println(“$”)
)
