"File Open" and "Save As" in SKILL

Hello,

Is there a way to use SKILL code to implement an input file selector and a output file selector, similar to Windows Notepad, in a SKILL generated form? I can do the form, but could not find any mention of a file input/output dialog API.

I'd appreciate any hint on this.
