Call Python program from Skill?

Hi all,

 

Is there a way to call a python program from Skill? Perhaps through accessing the Windows CMD line? I have a python program I wrote to edit the alias list in the allegro env file that I want to call from my Skill program (seeing as how I cannot apply aliases permanently through SKILL, only temporarily). Is there a command that will allow me to call the python program from inside my Skill program?
