Extracting Data Similar to Cross Section

Hello, I'm new to SKILL and am trying to write a program that will extract information found in the Layout Cross Section tool.  I need to extract to a text file in a particular format, so I can't use the "Report" button in the Cross Section tool.

I know how to output the text to the file, what I need to know is how to get the data like Conductor layer name, Material, Thickness, Conductivity, Dielectric Constant, and Loss Tangent .

Can someone either show me how to get this data, or where I can go to find info on how to do this?
