RotateSilkAssyRD.il does not "Center Assembly RDs at Part Origin"

I am using the RotateSilkAssyRD.il SKILL file in which I use it to rotate all of my ref des for my Assembly. However, it doesn't snap the text to the symbol origin that its associated to resulting in me having to use the "Snap pick to..." command and snapping it to the Symbol Origin. When I run the file and check the box for "Center Assembly RDs at Part Origin," it will take all the text for that particular layer and throw it down and to the left. If I run it with the command off, it will leave the text as is and rotate it as I've selected, but it would be nice to have the feature corrected so it snaps to the center so save me time from clean up.

Attached is the SKILL file as I use it today and several screen shots.

How the file looks before I run the SKILL file, various text in various directions.

How it looks if I run with the option checked, the text is rotated, but its thrown way off and not snapped to the center.

How it looks with the option checked off, the text is correct and its close to the component. I just need to spend time snapping each one into place, but would like the file to do this.

With that, is anyone able to provide me with correct code that would have the file behave as I intend for it to, or does anyone have a SKILL file that provides these same features and works as I intend it to?

Thanks.
