Try Shape Edit Mode, set the value of the radius in the Options pane then hover over the corner and right click - Trim Corner

Yes, hover over the edge then use the TAB key until you get Shape in the tooltip, then right click - Trim Corners and the radius is applied to all corners. For the radius before drawing only when you add a rectangular shape, look at the options pane and choose Place Rectangle and set the size of the rectangle and the corner you want

thank you for your help as always, steve.

is there a way to modify the radius on multiple shapes at once?

i understand now how to modify the radius at all corners on one shape.

but i have a few hundreds of square shapes that are needed to be modified.

actually i have created a funckey but it works only on one shape at a time.

funckey End "pop dyn_option_select '@:@Trim corners'; trim shape vertices"

it does not work on multiple shapes.

No it doesn't and there is no way to do this on multiple shapes at the same time. You can CTRL+ Select Multiple shapes but this limits the operations that can be done so you may have to do this individually.....
