Import footprint PCB

How can I import a footprint into OrCAD PCB Designer Professional?. 
I download the file from any provider and run the .bat file with the following problem appearing: Cannot open script file; No match found for 'footprint.scr' in the search path.

You don't need to perform all the below steps. The latest Cadence 17.4 has the Samacsys component search engine interfaced with it. In schematics Place - Search providers will direct you to samacsys site for downloading schematic, footprint and 3D models if available. Hope this helps
