Creating Rectangle keep outs

Hi,

I want to create a "CUTOUT" Automatically by using skill program.

For creating circle keep out command is "axlPathStartCircle" and "axlDBCreateShape"

What is the commands to create these kind of CUTOUT ? any one please help me.
