Hi all

my license included 17.4 ver.

and it worked well before, but suddenly it was not worked

when I run PCB17.4.exe and selected the license (allegro PCB) then the program started like before pic

and then if I hit the "yes" button, the Allegro PCB Designer is going down

the pic below is being waiting the program working, but it kept that status forever

so there was no choice to close, to escape that states

the IP address and Port worked well, I tested by 17.2 version.

only 17.4 version had that issue

regards

Ok, you have 17.4 and SP11 installed.  That's good.

Did you do a recent install and did you reboot your machine afterwards?  (trying all the easy fixes first?)

I would answer "no" to the upgrade dialog from 17.2 to 17.4 question, that cancels the open-most-recent automation.

Then you should be able to open a different board file..

yeah I did all, I rebooted and reinstalled even I run of Base without Hotfix, but it has same issue

if I open the app with default, it has same issue as well

it seems like kind of OS issue with SPB 17.4 in my computer

I believe you must interrupt Allegro from auto-loading your most recent save.

Your file history seems to be stored in %HOME%\pcbenv\allegro.mru

You can rename that temporarily and re-launch 17.4 to see if the problem is an issue with the *.brd file you are auto-loading.

Or, navigate to that board file and rename it.

I think it was related with firewall ! some ports related with SPB17.4 were blocked by firewall ...! ( it worked after formatting PC )

but I still don't understand real cause, it worked SPB 17.2 though
