Ah...this is a net with a VOLTAGE property.  Take a look at this post on what to do.

    Hello,

I have deleted all the Net Voltage properties in the Constraint Manager using Orcad Capture. If the project is saved the voltage properties appears again. What is wrong?

    Tahnks

    Hello Redwire,

here some additional remarks according Voltage Net Properties.

In my Designs I am using the VCC Symbol and GND Symbol, which contain the Voltage Properties. These are 200mV for VCC and 0V for GND. I don't know where these properties are. These properties caused the X-Box instead of the Rat in the PCB Editor. If described in the previous message the removed properties appears again.

    Thanks for the support.

Without seeing your design and what you're doing it sounds like the voltage properties in OrCAD PCB still are not getting deleted by you.

Go look in the properties in Constraint Manager in PCB and delete them.  Then do the same in OrCAD Capture.  Then resync and let me know what happens.
