Placing 3 components at a given distance from center

Hi 

I have 3 round pads which i want to place 8.5mm away from board center. The distance between pads should be 2.5mm and should be arranged as:

    on your pcb editor, you can create them by lines and circles.

    after creating a circle with 8.5mm radius, using 5mm-diameter circles, you can place 3 pads at the intersection of the 8.5mm-radius circle and the 5mm-diameter circle.

    you need to use the snap function at intersection.
