Defining Board size

Hello, I want to have a specific size for my PCB but I am a bit confused as to how to achieve this. Do I do a board outline under board geometry or draw a line for cut out on my board?

THANKS

We stopped needing that more than 20 years ago.   Only feature that really uses it is 3D rendering.

Just define the outline polygon on the Design outline layer

You can use the board wizard where the X,Y dimensions can be specified. It works if the board is standard rectangular/ square board only not on irregular shaped boards.
