thieving pads

hi,

I am newbie in pcb design. I would like to implement thieving pads for some of the igbts. Can anybody help me? I don't know how to start with.
I was told the last pin of the igbt needs a thieving pad for wave soldering process. I share a picture where you can see how the thieving should replace.
